For security purposes, we do not have direct credit card ordering.  Please call us at our above number or email us, and we will process your credit card personally.  

Ordering By Mail

You can place your order by mail but please call first to get an exact price including shipping. Payment can be made by Postal Money Order, Bank Cashier’s Check or Personal Check. For the fastest service use Postal Money Orders. Checks and Non-Postal Money Orders are held for 10 business days to clear funds.

Please include: the product number, size and color, your name, address, daytime phone number, and home phone number.

Shipping & Handling

Within the United States, our standard shipping method is UPS ground. This usually takes 5 business days.

Faster services are available for additional fees. For orders outside of the United States shipping rates are priced per order. Typically, we use the services of UPS, FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.

Return/Refund Policy

All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted or claims allowed after 5 days from receipt of shipment.

ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please measure carefully to avoid unnecessary loss of time and expense.
Underwear are not returnable by law.
RUSH CUTS and SPECIAL CUTS are not returnable.
